I used the drop box. And item was left behind in the truck which I contacted the office and the guy was very polite. The issue is the UHAUL COMPANY in general, robbing me? How does this even work? I plan to send this complaint to the better business bureau and I will send a copy of the report to the attorney general as uhaul cannot continue to get away with this. This is absolute insanity as I mentioned in the box above.
