This location rarely has the vehicle I request. The most recent time I got a vehicle, I scheduled it for pickup through the app in the morning at 8:30 (this is before they open). I get there and there is no vehicle assigned to me, so I change my schedule and go back later in the morning. I get there and wait 15-20 minutes before the owner decides to come over, and yes I was the only customer there. He then tells me that they won't have a truck for me the one assigned for me the key wouldn't unlock. I asked if another vehicle was available and he told me everything was booked for later in the day. Why was o not contacted by the location or U-Haul, who knows. After asking him to try unlocking the truck again or having someone else try, they did get it open. However, it took almost another hour for him to get logged in and figure out how to finalize the rental. The best part, when I returned the truck that evening the there we numerous other trucks there that had not moved since that morning. Absolutely terrible location. If you are able to go to another U-Haul location, do so.
