EDWIN SI rented a 15’ box truck for a day during a recent cold spell. After completing my transaction and receiving the vehicle key, I had to clean the windshield of ice and snow. If I rent again, I’d appreciate the vehicle being pulled from its parking spot and cleaned of snow and ice before I arrive.
