This location was one of the best, the owner was nice and pleasant. I really appreciate her beautiful customer service, this day in time it a gem to find someone like this. I would recommend this place to all.
belecia mCollect payment the exact day of return instead of waiting a week or two later and stop overcharging for mileage we took pictures of mileage and gas before and after and on the receipt that was emailed to me shows different mileage on day of pick up and after I called them on it and sent them pictures they called and said they were trying to charge for an extra day that I didn’t have it and they were going to get it fixed but it still hasn’t been fixed so that’s really annoying especially when my bank account has been charged twice for two different prices and then one of the charges was returned and the second charge is no where what the payment is, that’s really frustrating and so that itself makes me not want to use U-Haul at all anymore
