RICHARD BIt is a location with no one manning the place I would not recommend this place to anyone when we rented the trailer we talked to two gal customer service people telling us we didn’t need to meet anyone at location to just hook and go and when we bring back to take pics on until app after we had it for a couple hours and going to take it back was told our reservation was cancelled and the trailer we got would be reported stolen if we didn’t bring it back asap which was crazy considering we reserved it and was charged! Never will use them again
