A ramp on that trailer would have been nice. Other than that everything was great.

Problem was they had the same trailer I need for the day that was there before I rented and was still there when I dropped off. I had to pick up over 30 miles away. So I had to pay for. 1 way rental
Dirk AThis is the third location I went to pick up a trailer. They were great and would go back. The first location I went to pick up a trailer, it had cuts out of the tires, they couldn't get them fixed. Sent me to another location, that was closed. Then the next day had to go to a 3rd location to get a trailer. Spent an extra 3+ hour driving around to get a trailer. In the end, would not go back to the first two places, and would absolutely go back to this location.
PETER KMy pick up for my truck got moved to this location. The mobile pick up process was a headache and had to call regional office to get Uhaul.
Megan WI selected in person pickup! Get to the location they were closed had to do the online pickup, which by the way was horrible! Kept getting errors couldn’t properly do the check in. I was not happy! Check out was just as bad! Next time read what your clients want and not assume! Not happy!
