This is the third location I went to pick up a trailer. They were great and would go back. The first location I went to pick up a trailer, it had cuts out of the tires, they couldn't get them fixed. Sent me to another location, that was closed. Then the next day had to go to a 3rd location to get a trailer. Spent an extra 3+ hour driving around to get a trailer. In the end, would not go back to the first two places, and would absolutely go back to this location.

My pick up for my truck got moved to this location. The mobile pick up process was a headache and had to call regional office to get Uhaul.

I selected in person pickup! Get to the location they were closed had to do the online pickup, which by the way was horrible! Kept getting errors couldn’t properly do the check in. I was not happy! Check out was just as bad! Next time read what your clients want and not assume! Not happy!

We needed a trailer light adapter and it would have been handy for the location to have one on hand to purchase vs having to go get one and come back. Would recommend that the coverages for the rental trailer be better explained on what they cover.

I had a reservation in Paynesvile, MN that no one was at that location at the prescribed time, and this location had a auto transport available and was extremely helpful.

They forgot to include my furniture dolly making the move that much more difficult. When I received my invoice, I was charged for the dolly.

The location was fine. The locks were a bit difficult to open just how the mechanism was.
