There wasn't a person there to do anything. But I'm frustrated I paid 307 bucks on top of 75 for gas only to be charged another 62.35 with no reason as to why. Sucks. And if it's because of the dollys and blankets it's completely unfair as I said I didn't order them and was told to take them anyway.

The guy was great. Warm and helpful. Was very disorganized and the chip reader wasn’t working.. I appreciated his help though.
TAJALI TThe location for pick-up was not even in the same city as where I reserved. This was a big inconvenience. The possibility of this needs to be made much more clear when reserving. It was not mentioned at all.
KAREN MReservation for pick up was in Madison at 8am. Usual switched pick up to Edgerton less than 24 hours from pick up. Edgerton is a 45 minutes drive from Madison. Got there at 8:15am for pick up. Location doesn’t open until 9am. Spotty cell Svc trying to do pick up via the app. Finally got vehicle at 8:50am. Movers charged an extra $500 for that hour we were late to them. Inside drivers area of truck was filthy. Center console had some sort of spill on it. Windows inside looked like a dog had slobbered all over it.
RICHARD MIndicated they aren't normally open on weekends. I was lucky he happened to be there after driving 30 minutes to get there! Might be an issue with "open hours" for future u haul customers.
