It just took a while to get us signed in. Seemed like he had a lot of questions for someone he was talking to on the phone. The website kept glitching on his phone.

The car was raggedy. The service to get the car and drop off was a mess and took up most of ky time. I’m not pleased at all
Tiffany IOur drop off location was a gas station without working gas pumps. They charged us $148 for gas, more than the actual rental. Not friendly and NOT helpful. Made a stressful move even more stressful
TAYLOR NI was over charged for dropping off U-Haul where I said I was dropping it off at and the truck was already dirty
Taliqua EThe U-Haul representative was not even there initially even though it was during normal business hours. Then 3 hours later I received a receipt from U-Haul after the representative checked my truck in only for him to charge me for gas that I had already put in the truck and had a receipt to prove it. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from the drop off location especially because an employee's absence shouldn't result in me getting charged extra gas fees.
