CHARLES CThe customer service rep at the site as very helpful and did a great job. The fact that I set up to pick up the vehicle at 0800 through my phone which was an option, only to be told at 1900 the night prior that I couldn't because it wasn't set up, made this experience less than pleasing. I had multiple appointments that needed to be changed, because I was unable to pick up the vehicle at the time that I wanted using the automated system. If the location does not have this option, then don't make it available.
