The people were really nice. But that will for sure be the last time I use U-haul. Truck was missing out, had more miles and less gas than listed on my contract. Windshield was cracked from offense side to the other. Pricing has gone crazy. I can rent a truck from Hertz for a week for just a bit more than the 4 hour rental cost me through uhaul. I opted put of Safe-move but was still charged for it and was told it was done and nothing could be done. And $1 a mile? Come on. Absolutely crazy.
