I would not recommend U Haul on Broadway Ext in Edmond. I gave my son my ID and credit card to rent it. I am disabled and let them know. They insisted I come up or they would not renr me the U Haul. I arrived st 7:03. They did say they were closed now. In desperation we called the Arrowhead U Haul took my money over the phone and said we could pick it up anytime. We didn't know that they have 24 hour service. I want on line the asked me for my ID and photo, insurance card. On line they walked me through the process. No problem and they were great to me. I will never rent from U Haul on Broadway ext in Edmond again. They could have told us that either we could pick it up after hours or let us know that one was around the corner 2 miles away. They were rude and nasty. We found Arrowhead U Haul on our own. Arrowhead U Haul was wonderful and il would use them again, nice friendly and very helpful rated 10 I am rate Broadway Ext a 0. I almost went another trucking Co. They were mean and nasty.
