It took them more than 24 hours to close out rental after drop off. I had to make several calls to then and uhaul aswell.

I walked in, hoping for a truck rental. One had just been returned. They quickly checked it in and I walked out with the rental truck I needed. The place is beautiful and clean. The staff went overboard to assist me.

JOHN AMy Uber app was not working properly and they were very friendly and inviting while I waited for a friend to come pick me up.
Dana WPaperwork process was slow. The young lady, though very helpful, had problems with the rental system. An additional driver was required since we were returning the truck out of state, but that requirement wasn't mentioned when I confirmed the rental the day before.
