The young lady that assisted with my pick up at the location was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The uhaul truck had quote a bit of dog hair in the bottom part of each seat and smelled like dogs, which was very unpleasant while I was driving.

JEFFREY WMy issue really has nothing to do with 405 Tractor. My issue is with U-Haul. Your software is garbage and wouldn’t scan the back of my drivers license, by the time I had to decline all the offers your website tried to shove on me, I felt like I was buying a used car and then I had to provide an alternate contact even though I’ve rented from U-Haul many times?!?! My experience with U-Haul was garbage not the place I rented from.
