BIONG DWe had our truck cancelled at the first location, sent to a second location which unfortunately had the truck snowed in / unable to move, resulting in being transferred to a third location. This caused us to lose 3 hrs in addition to then having to drive to a fourth location to get a dolley If the first location had not cancelled our truck, its would have been a better experience. If one has to cancel, redirect them to a uhail dealer as opposed to a neighborhood dealer so that the equipment is there. Otherwise reservations are meaningless.
