This trailer should be tagged out of service on the spot. Hydraulic brakes not working at all and one of the strap to wrap around the front wheel had been cut off and it was too short to reach the ratchet. I had to deflate the tire to the rim to reach but it kept coming apart. I ended up using one of my own ratchet strap to secure the car ont the trailer. NOT iMPRESSED !

Parking at this location is extremely difficult. The lot is not even close to the store. The U-Haul web site could be redone by professional programmers and designers ( not just over price computer grads) and tested by the public. Another idea would be to have a suggestion box easily available at the time of frustration so proper comments can be left. Staff was okay at this location.
