ABIY AI was really disappointed with my recent experience at U-Haul. I was charged over $148 just for one day, which I didn’t expect at all. I even returned the truck about two hours earlier than the scheduled time. The attendant said he’d “take care of it” and didn’t really check anything, including the gas, but I still ended up being charged way more than expected. This experience has made me think twice about recommending U-Haul to anyone in the future.
