I originally booked a truck and appliance dolly at one location. I was called and told it was a different location. When I went to get the truck I choose to receive the truck using online. It still made me go into the store to check in and get the keys. I asked about the dolly but they didn't have the kind I reserved. I had to call uhaul to get a refund for that and then had to move a fridge without an appliance dolly.

Richard AHonestly it was on the opposite side of the city from where I needed a vehicle - we were rerouted there after another booking failed despite my due diligence. It was fine just not planned or ideal for us.
