Good service and excellent price
Berhane SPerson running the store was chatting on her phone while processing my drop off. Uhaul had empty water bottles in the cab and cardboard and styrofoam garbage in the back when picked up. Drove it 39 miles and a “check tire inspection” warning message popped up on the dash display on last mile. Was “guaranteed” a van when I reserved it but received a ten foot truck at pickup. Still waiting on Uhaul to get back to me about the the $50 I should have been discounted for not being given a van.
Scott RDid not receive furniture mats that I paid for. The truck had low KMs but appeared to have never been clean. Bugs on the windows, dirty interior.
