Maintenance and general up.keep should be done after returning a vehicle. My rental had no washer fluid, wipers were scratching the glass because of the metal strip, tire pressure code came on ( one tire was 20 pounds too high )brakes were very grabby to a point where normal pressure would almost lock them up . A renter should not be dealing with theses or any issues , it should be maintained and maintenance free not here's your rental as - is , should be good .
Kelly FDropping off the lady barely spoke English and couldn’t answer any of my questions. Vehicle had garbage from previous users in the doors. This whole U-haul experience was a joke. Pretty disappointed.
