There was no drop off key location and the location was closed when we arrived. The drop off instructions said to drop off keys but it took us 25 mins in freezing weather and snow to only find out there was none. Uber was waiting for the hotel and we had to take another Uber trip to dropp of the keys next morning.
Yasir RThey take rental deposit and they don’t pay back the deposit after everything gas, mileage e.t.c is cleared. I’m disappointed with the service they provide
Abdirahman HThe box looked like someone had a fire in it, there was a strong smoke smell. The login was delayed due to a problem with a system upgrade, it would have been better to be notified not to show up on time to avoid the registration delay
Tyler MLocation was unknowledgable and didn't tell me that it would cost me 270.00 to drop off the van in another part of the city. Had to drive all the way back to this location to return van.
