A lot better if there is an available truck near our place, I lived in castledown and I needed to pick up the truck all the way in the NorthWest

Susanna AThis was not the location I chose to pick up the Uhaul when I made the reservation. In fact, it was all the way across the city which meant I had to spend more money to Uber there, and I lost 2 hours of time which then made my move a big rush. I also reserved a dolly when I booked and was told on pick up that none were available. It was suggested I drive to other Uhaul pick up locations to look for one. The unit was not easy to find, nor properly marked for Uhaul, so we had to ask at a different unit. Also, on booking, it said I would receive a call 24 hours in advance of my booking to confirm which did not happen. I tried to call this location multiple times but the number would not go through. When we arrived we mentioned that t and he told us "ya, that isn't the right number - we need to get that fixed."
CHRISTINA GI was disappointed that I had to pick up the trailer 40 mins away from where I was signed onto to I called Texas to state my case but no help to me
