I had a reservation. Im told its in the back, nope. It was parked on the road. Windsh
Michael BReduce wait time. Trailer coupler to ball connection was borderline loose. My ball was new, so the trailer coupler must have been worn or low quality.
Kenton BNot much of a location. Only had one unit in the yard. Was supposed to pick up a rental at another Edmonton location, but the keys were locked in the unit with no spare.
Steven JMy vehicle only had a quarter tank of fuel when I received it and I was not compensated for the difference (I returned it full). I left a message at a 1-800 number with my reservation # regarding the fuel issue with no response. The questions and concerns link sent to me on my transaction receipt did not work. (kept getting an undeliverable pop up).
