Front Desk clerk Ademesa was very helpful and friendly - the only bright spot in this whole ordeal. The rest of my experience with dealing with UHAUL was an absolute nightmare - do not depend on them to honor any gaurantee. I had reserved an out of town truck an entire month in advance - called back multiple times including the day before and was assured that the reservation was in place. Moving day comes - everything packed, movers scheduled, and when I go to pick up the truck I learn that the truck was not available and nobody had any clue what happened. I had to reschedule everything and drive across town to pick up a more expensive and inconvenient in-town return truck. Avoid them at all costs!!!
Andrew AWe agreed to 49 dollars a day for rental. I returned the rental and then when we left the location then changed the agreement and charged us 455$ a day and then this specific location refused to deal with us. We had to call U-Haul corporate and they had to do back end work to get us our money back. Do not choose this location for processing
Ethan RTruck was not available at the location imperially booked at. Dollys and other supplies were only available at another location. Truck was filthy and stained my couch.
