Very good customer service
MAVIS RPrice is higher and hidden charges take 20$ after delivery
Akshay SRented 2 dollys and 12 furniture paddings, but they only gave me one dolly and told me to go to another uhaul location for the rest. I was promised a refund from DHD motors for not supplying me with these equipment, but still haven’t received it.
Vincent MI paid for a dolly during booking, but they didn't have a dolly on-site when I got there. I don't understand how that happens. They did refund me, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand that I would have to go elsewhere for one. I did also pay for furniture mats and didn't get those either. I have no idea if I got refunded for those even because after the annoyance of it all I just don't care.
