henog wIf i could give zero stars i would - i have explained already to district manager but - i signed contract picked up keys - was planning to leave truck till the following day - but went to inspect the truck and there was someone in the back of the truck - living there - person was very nice agreed to leave - cleaned up as best as he could - he mentioned that the locations owner new he was there - location owner didn't seem too surprised - i asked if there was a place were i could go clean out the truck - wasn't helpful at all - drove around Edmonton to find a place to wash out truck - couldn't find anything - went to walmart to purchase cleaning supplies - cab was never cleaned - son had asthma attack - assume it was because previous renter had a cat / dog in the cab - talked to regional manager - said that homeless people are a problem in Edmonton, and we should just be happy that they actually provided us a vehicle - absolute worst customer service i have ever experienced - district manager was very apologetic ....
