Awet AWas not happy with the add on coverage when I didn't even add it online. I was told that if you booked a uhal online it will automatically add it on to your rental. Very sneaky

Saare GWe found a man who had overdosed in the back of the U-Haul. Had to call police and ambulance. Due to the severity of the situation we couldn’t take the van for an additional hour and a half. Got NO reduction or compensation for the issue! Are these trucks not checked prior to being rented??
