the app didn't work properly
Jeff BI was told to leave the trailer in a lot. There was no guidance with parking or offer to help with disconnecting trailer from my truck. I didn’t receive any proof that I dropped off the trailer.
PHILIP DThe location was difficult to find so perhaps a large sign near the road would be helpful. However, the manager was polite and patient and after I found the location, everything else went well.
MARK GU-Haul switched my location and cost me much more due to more mileage for pickup and drop off. I was very disappointed that this happened the original location I chose was only a few blocks from my house. The workers at the location I used were nice though.
