Next time have the clerk listen to the customer. I wanted the truck from Saturday morning at 8:30 a till Sunday afternoon 5pm. I explained it to him, and he acted like he understood. But this evening when I went and turned it in at a different location, they explained I was late. After this incident, I will verify clearly and review my contact more precisely.

JOHN ANo one was there when leaving the equipment, so I have no information for answering the survey. They did later email that they received the equipment and the final invoice. I couldn't submit this without answering the survey, so I just pushed buttons, but again, I don't have any data about those items.
