Wheat State Rental was perfect in everything they did in terms of the rental. Explaining everything and although there was a lot of emails, and it took a substantial amount of time to actually get the trailer, the people were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process. However, I fully understand that the deadline to get this checked back in was 12:00pm, and I checked it back in around 3:15pm, I feel that there should be a rental agreement that does not charge another full day if it is 3-4 hours past the check in time, especially on a Sunday when the store is closed and there is no one there to help with anything when checking it back in. I believe I could have a 4 hour rental at a lower cost, and next time I will likely not use the U-Haul trailer and rather go a regular trailer, because I could have rented that and not had to have it back until Monday morning when the shop opened for the price of a 1-day rental. Trailer was great, People were great, the pricing structure was frustrating.
