Next time provide the rope and the dolly in every truck there should be rope and a hand truck thank goodness I bought a dolly and it helped real well but all in all everything was good but that’s what you could improve on providing rope and a dolly and every truck.

I initially went to the uhaul further up San Pablo Dam Road to pick up the truck. Is there a way to make it obvious which location one is talking to and renting from? Fortunately the reservation had the address. But really fast and efficient service.

KALAYLAH LThe estimate was $169 for 3 day rental. We only used 2 days, did not go over in mileage and filled up the gas higher than we received it, but still were charged $222. That is false advertising. The truck was in good condition and low mileage, we would have otherwise been very happy- but expectations set by the estimate were bait and switch, which could have been prevented with honest representation.
KENNETH CI got charged for gas i didn’t even consume ! i just drove 6 mi (which they calculated) and even put $5 of gas’s and they said I needed to pay gas!!! total scam
