The estimate was $169 for 3 day rental. We only used 2 days, did not go over in mileage and filled up the gas higher than we received it, but still were charged $222. That is false advertising. The truck was in good condition and low mileage, we would have otherwise been very happy- but expectations set by the estimate were bait and switch, which could have been prevented with honest representation.

They were super busy and location is labeled as Arco and it is a Valero. The front desk took a long time to give us service and that added into turning in the keys late.

ASHISH JThe self-service process was terrible, especially when returning. It kept rejecting the pictures I took. First one or 2, then when I had taken replacement pictures. it would reject a different one. This went on for a good 30 minutes or so, rejecting different pictures. My husband had to move the truck back to a spot where I could take a good picture. We had to open and close the rear door multiple times. Finally, I went into the gas station asking if I could just return it and the lady said that since we had done self-service when picking up, she couldn't help us. When I did Live Chat, that's when the rep said that it showed that we had already returned the truck and I could just turn in the key. What a waste of our time!!! Not going to use self-service again!
