Store did not update status of trailer so showed “late pickup” for over 2 hours before I called U-Haul to change status. App was not friendly in the fact that there is no where to change status or state that I have picked up the trailer. Only way to change anything is to call help desk.

Trailor had straw over the floor. Also the return locations were all closed on our return day, so we chose to return to the location closest to us. Will rent UHaul again!
