Mobile pick up was easy. However, I reserved an appliance dolly but they didn't have one when I got there. The guy working outside was very nice though. Also, I called Uhaul at 8:30am because the app was having technical difficulties. No one was available and there was a scheduled call back at 9:30am but I didn't get an attempted call back until 11:30am. Poor customer service on Uhaul.

Great customer service
Kellyann AThe review reflects the equipment could use a little more maintenance . The doors needed to be slammed in order to not have the door one on the dash. It was clean, could use a different cloth on the side mirrors , over streaky . I will use them again though.
