I arrived early before they opened. I didn’t know where the office was but only knew it was in the back of the property. I arrived there with my brother and parked in front of the office. When the owner and employee showed up. He didn’t even say good morning. He rolled his window and said that we are nor to park there. There’s a sign saying where customers should park which was well over 30 yards away. Then he tells me, “We are not open yet! We open at 8am! Give me some time to get set up!” I look at my smart watch and it’s 7:59am. And all I said was good morning. It’s not my fault that he was late. But after that he was working with me and realized that he was at fault. Bottoms line is that no matter what, you should be on time to open and take customers that are patient for its worth.

Pravin LI love this location! I’ve used it a couple times because it’s so close to my house - I could walk there without needing to leave my personal vehicle at their site while I use the U-Haul. I am so glad they had a cargo van available in a pinch when I ended up needing it the same day! It’s so convenient! Drop-off was easy. The only thing was, the sign says to drop the keys in a drop box when returning after hours, and I don’t think there is a drop box? But still, easy pick-up and drop-off. It’s also very near to an Arco gas station for easy refueling.
Julianne MMobile pickup instructions not clear and they wrong key in lock box, waited 1 hour for location to open to get correct key for truck. And top of that truck had 1/4 tank gas so had to go put gas, waste 1 1/2 hours.
