Customer service was great from pick up to drop off. When picking up they helped me attach the trailer and was able to provide me with the needed connector for the brake and turn signals to connect my car to the trailer. When dropping off the trailer the attendant helped guide me where and assisted in helping me park the trailer in the appropriate area.

Over $200 for 1 day, ridiculous!! I will not be back. WAY TOO EXPENSIVE. I could have rented a truck for a week for that much through Budget. Guess that is what I will do in the future!! Also, the lady was not willing to work with me at all!! I mean $1.29 per mile AND must return w/full tank. You are crooks
