The two ladies who helped me get the U-Haul rental agreement and truck set for me where extremely helpful. There was a mix up on the corporate end when I made my reservation and they were able to correct it and get me on my way.

WARREN SWe filled out paperwork online, walked in and showed credentials and signed, got in our van and drove away in about ten minutes. The new Dodge van was a pleasure to drive and seemed to be more fuel efficient than the older equipment.

JEFFREY ZThe uhaul was not swept when got it. We arrived and upon receipt of the keys in attendant informed me that he took off the charge for the furniture dolly as they didn’t have one. That should’ve been a phone call to us prior to pick up as we were depending on the furniture dolly. I was not happy.
