Mendenhalls was great. That's not were my original reservation was. I reserved a trailer with Kerezsi Automotive LLC. An hour before pick they notified me the trailer wasn't available. I was sent to Basher & Son which was closed when i arrived. I wasted more than an hour and half getting a trailer plus additional mileage for the pick up. This should have been worked out prior to the transfer to ensure they would be open. U-haul needs to review your process on reservation changes.

BRIAN KDryly received by proprietor. Trailer was not inspected. When I got home I noted a damaged fender and tire near flat. With that said, the folks at U-Hauls Road Service were spectacular. Responded to my house within 30 minutes and replaced the tire.
