The people were nice at location. The truck is was given left me stranded twice. The second time we had to call the 800 number. They sent some one out to jump the car but it turns out it had a bad stayed

WILLIAM EMendenhalls was great. That's not were my original reservation was. I reserved a trailer with Kerezsi Automotive LLC. An hour before pick they notified me the trailer wasn't available. I was sent to Basher & Son which was closed when i arrived. I wasted more than an hour and half getting a trailer plus additional mileage for the pick up. This should have been worked out prior to the transfer to ensure they would be open. U-haul needs to review your process on reservation changes.
