Mendenhalls was great. That's not were my original reservation was. I reserved a trailer with Kerezsi Automotive LLC. An hour before pick they notified me the trailer wasn't available. I was sent to Basher & Son which was closed when i arrived. I wasted more than an hour and half getting a trailer plus additional mileage for the pick up. This should have been worked out prior to the transfer to ensure they would be open. U-haul needs to review your process on reservation changes.

Menhanhalls are excellant. I've used other places before, but I always go out of my way to use them if possible. I have noticed over the years that their trailers are always well-maintained.

Kevin PI picked up my, you all truck and knew that my boom battery was dying. But noticed that it had a charging port in the truck. I figured no worries. I'll bring my charger. When I went to hook up my phone on down the road. I realize that the phone charger did not work. So in turn, I couldn't get ahold of anyone to help me finish my move. That I was supposed to give directions to NI Use my Mobile Wallet on my Phone to Pay For Things and I did not have that be able to put fuel back in the truck. It may seem simple that the charging port didn't work to most people, but it pretty much recked my night. What should have been an easy move turned into a waste of money.
