I made a reservation on line for one location, but Uhaul called me to let me know I had to change locations. GLAD this happened instead of me going to a location without the reserved equipment. Once I was on the website at the location, I had issues navigating the site. The location I went to pick up my equipment is EXCELLENT ! They know what they are doing with the computer and paperwork. Very pleasant to deal with. The physical location to access the rental equipment is very well laid out. I have a 4 door Dually pickup with an 8 foot bed and I have NO issues. Love this location and recommend it.
