The lady doesn’t assist customers . And has poor customer service , I worked for U-Haul and as an authorized dealer . She made my wife check the truck herself for the mileage ,damages and gas ; she never verified it herself . Also we order a dolly on the app but the one we rented online was not there, the lady insisted that I take dolly that is not U-Haul and belongs to her store ( it wasn’t U-Hauls dolly ) I used the dolly and returned the truck . I used the drop box because she needed to come do her job and check the truck herself .. they called me after 24 hours of the return to tell me that her dolly ( that’s not U-Haul is missing ) I explained to her that I returned the dolly and maybe she need to check her cameras because maybe one of those loiterers stole it .. U-Haul needs to drop this location asap
