Check maintenance before renting. The passenger door could not be open from the inside nor outside. This is very dangerous in case of entrapment or any other emergency situation. This was a bad experience!!!!!!

The lady at this location was at leat 100 stars. My tech was not working the way Uhaul wants it to work. Instead of her saying sorry if you can't do tech the tech stuff then nothing I can do she used her own cell phone to help me complete the rental. Without that extra she did I would have been in a bad position but because of her I was able to get on my way. Extra thanks to her being able to make it work in spite of the flaws in the Uhaul process.

Mariah HThis was an unnecessarily difficult experience. My pickup location was moved twice with notice only a few hours before I was supposed to pick up that the first alternate location didn’t have the correct truck size. The larger truck resulted in higher gas costs I had no time to prepare for as the pickup was an hour and a half from where I was moving. I made the reservation days in advance with absolutely no indication on the website that the truck may be unavailable. The location I picked up from was not safe for a lone female customer, as it was a gas station in an unsavory part of town. Not to mention I could barely hear the cashier behind the glass as there were customers in the gas station speaking over her as she tries to communicate with me about the equipment I’m picking up. The drop off location was also over half an hour from where I was moving so that was an even bigger inconvenience on gas in the truck as well as my personal vehicle. I will definitely try a different company in the future.
