CHRISTINA TAsked the owner to go over the controls and he couldn’t find the tow button. Just hand waved about the rest. Couldn’t even tell me how to release he parking brake. I had to figure it out myself. Poorly informed and frankly quite unhelpful.

He reached out before I even picked up my first trailer (moving south and ended up having to get a 2nd trailer) and he was there for me when I had questions about the second trailer. He even reached out to another dealer in the area so I could stop by and have him inspect the trailer for me. Dan made it a truly great experience!
