I called an hour before they closed. No one answered the phone but the owner called me back immediately and help me out. I went in immediately and within 20 minutes I was able rent a van . The van was clean and smelled good. Overall my experience was exceptional.. I use this U-Haul ever few years …. I promise you …. It’s worth it.
Easter FYou don’t need to do anything, everything is just perfect.
Vernice KTruck arrives a few hours late and pickup process took over an hour. This delayed my moved and required me to buy a hotel overnight.
Nicolette BMiam was incredibly helpful and gracious with my return. I was under the assumption that I purchased packing blankets, I did not have them upon return. Miam informed me that they were rented and said to bring them back when I could. I had a Dr's appt and some errands to run but brought all 24 back as soon as possible. It was very seamless and he made me feel at ease after the experience I had in Indiana, he is a great asset for Uhaul! Thanks Miam!

CHRISTINA TAsked the owner to go over the controls and he couldn’t find the tow button. Just hand waved about the rest. Couldn’t even tell me how to release he parking brake. I had to figure it out myself. Poorly informed and frankly quite unhelpful.
Ritam CThis review is mostly about Dan (Area manager I believe). He reached out before I even picked up my first trailer (moving south and ended up having to get a 2nd trailer) and he was there for me when I had questions about the second trailer. He even reached out to another dealer in the area so I could stop by and have him inspect the trailer for me. Dan made it a truly great experience!

Daniel LThe rental associate was very helpful and accommodating. All this happened on Friday 24th, my original rental Friday - Sunday from another company was cancelled at the last minute by them leaving me to scramble to get a truck to move decorations for my sister-in-law's wedding. Trying to get a moving truck on a weekend is almost impossible without a reservation, in my case even with one. The associate allowed me to rent the truck for two days, though it was scheduled for rental on Sunday morning. He trusted that I would have it back for Sunday's reservation. The wedding was great; we got all the decorations in on time and returned the rental Saturday afternoon. Thank you for your help and trust.
MICHAEL Edidn’t check before I left, but the tank was not full. If you’re really interested, I have pictures felt ripped off.

TIMMY TVehicle did not have a backup camera. 1st time I've rented a 10foot truck without one. For costumer safety i recommend rectifying this.
Charles SNot understanding why i was charged an additional $20 for a after hour fee ,& the truck was returned at 3:30pm i told the lady i would return the truck through the app , She insisted she’d do it for me , just to add an additional fee on my bill , i will never use this location again !
