Reservation was made online and was picking up at this location the person that was doing the rental was not really helpful. I verified I was supposed to do drop off at Nicholson tire in mineral bluff ga and he said I could drop it off at any U-Haul. When I went to what was supposed to be my scheduled drop off point was told that it was changed to holts in Ellijay and was charged extra. Was not very happy with the service of holts.
