The trailer was not hooked up with safety chains or tightened down. Buyer beware and check everything that is connected and make sure lights work

The upkeep on the U-Haul vehicles at this establishment needs to be improved immensely. I reserved a furniture dolly and furniture covers, neither of which they had in stock. On top of that, the van had half a tank of gas, and two maintenance lights. I will not return to this location.

PAUL CService is good but often they do not have the requested number of furniture pads causing the customer to find other sources, eating into customer's time.
