I had a very frustrating experience picking up the truck yesterday. I spent over an hour waiting because U-Haul’s payment system was down, and the zone manager would not answer his calls. It was truly a horrible experience. The only positive was the lady at the counter — she went above and beyond to finally make it possible for me to get the truck. She deserves credit for her patience and effort, but overall the process needs serious improveme
