Ubhual was dirty and was unable to understand our issue if reimbursement of gas. We left with the truck at 1/4 tank and returned it with 1/2 tank. We were wanting some kind of discount for the additional fuel and rep looked like he was in space and couldn't understand my frustration.

LYNN EThe upkeep on the U-Haul vehicles at this establishment needs to be improved immensely. I reserved a furniture dolly and furniture covers, neither of which they had in stock. On top of that, the van had half a tank of gas, and two maintenance lights. I will not return to this location.
