Poor service and was charged twice for one day. Will absolutely never recommend or use U haul again.

I filled out an on-line request but it wasn’t on the suppliers computer. We needed to redo it. Don’t really know what happened but phone number, email address search couldnt find it. After we redid it, he said it was found in a different file?
