JAMES ASo my paperwork was wrong I was highly stressed out I also had poor communications and I was told one thing one minute and another another minute. I was moving from TRURO to ANNAPOLIS VALLEY, my paperwork said Halifax. I wanted to scream and pull my hair out. The woman at the Annapolis Valley seemed arrogant. I was already tired and it was a pure mess and I got charged for the extra mileage but I went from putting the address in to my gps so how was that my issue!? Just a poor company and I wouldn’t use them again.
