Roger LThe location (Elmsdale) where we picked up the trailer was extremely helpful and efficient. We have no problem with the trailer or the Elmsdale business. Our only problem was with the booking as we booked well in advance planning to pick up a trailer in Truro but then told the night before our booking, that we could not pick up in Truro and had to drive to Elmsdale for the trailer which put us an hour out of our way.
