Stick to what was said. After asking is it cost any more to drop off at another sight, the lady said "no". I was duped. No refund of deposit.

Location did not have knowledgeable staff, nor did they have any of the ancillary equipment that I had PRE-RESERVED. Staff barely knew how to complete the contract in the system and was not helpful in finding other arrangements for the missing equipment
