Check in process was a mess - the mobile check-in checked in the wrong truck initially, so the agent had to cancel refund and redo. After that the mileage was wrong in the app - had the other truck's mileage. Was told the tank had 1/4 tank left, but really only had 1/8 of a tank, so had to go to the gas station first which is a bit annoying. When I returned the starting mileage for this truck was off by 40 miles, so I was overcharged 40 miles and was told I need to call and argue with U-Haul, as there wasn't anything he could do.
