Customer service here was excellent! Truck was fueled and ready to go as promised so we had no delays at all. This is important on move day! This location is wonderful. I would go out of my way to rent from this location it's that good!!!!! Thank you!!!!

Richard ACheck in process was a mess - the mobile check-in checked in the wrong truck initially, so the agent had to cancel refund and redo. After that the mileage was wrong in the app - had the other truck's mileage. Was told the tank had 1/4 tank left, but really only had 1/8 of a tank, so had to go to the gas station first which is a bit annoying. When I returned the starting mileage for this truck was off by 40 miles, so I was overcharged 40 miles and was told I need to call and argue with U-Haul, as there wasn't anything he could do.
