Elvis SI was not able to communicate that I was afraid there was not enough miles allowed given we needed to stop at one rest stop (right off the interstate). We took the most direct route with no extra stops picking up more things. This is unacceptable, and not giving enough miles when I was forced to drive to a different location for initial pickup was not correctly accounted for since I was charged an additional 8.00 for 8 miles.
DAVID KI had to return my truck putting an additional 70 miles on the truck due to the location not having a correct combination for the lock. I was suppose to be credited an additional 100 miles to compensate for the mishap and was not. Instead I was charged SIGNIFICANTLY for the mileage... I returned the truck and it wasn't until 3 days later and me calling corporate to finally get them to check in the truck THEN they tried to charge an additional 52$... beyond disappointment barely scratches the surface...
