When we picked up the truck the driveway to the pick up location was not shoveled and the truck had snow all over the top and windshield. We had to clean the truck ourselves and we put extra gas in and was told we are not being reimbursed for it
Christopher DI had to remove snow from the vehicle. Normally, I’d expect that to be done. Other than that. All good.
