I ordered a 15' trailer and the day before my move I was called and told they didn't have one and I was stuck with a 10 footer. They gave me an extra day but my new home was 3 hours away (6 hrs round trip). Instead of moving everything in one shot I now need to get another rental and schedule a day off to coordinate moving the rest of my belongings. On top of this not having a ramp really sucked trying to lift a washer and dryer up on to the truck with my wife. Thanks
