Got 3 hours into our trip from Denver to Missouri we had a blow out on the interstate on the trailer. Not a very fun experience but roadside assistance was excellent

Have rented at this location twice. Both times they overcharged me. First for gas (uHaul reversed it upon sending pictures) and the second time, the rental I am reviewing, they added insurance I had declined online. Neither time did they print the contract for review before I left. Other locations print out the contract for review before I leave with rental. Excuse, both times, is the printer does not work. It's a very poor way to do business and a very bad reflection on uHaul. I will never rent from this location again which is the closest to my business.
Kevin WSite manager explained truck lease rates well. Truck had full tank of gas and was ready to go.
Martin CI scheduled a truck on Monday but my movers bailed on me. I contacted Fleet and the manager was friendly and understood my issue. He told me to call uhaul and they would be happy to reschedule my reservation. Uhaul actually called me to ask about my reservation since I didn't pick up the truck and I told them to reschedule, which they did. The next day, the truck was there, clean, the manager walked me through the safety check. The uhaul app was easy to follow. I had no issues with the truck and return back to the manager who told care of the close out. Overall, given the headache of my moving, uhaul kept things easy and quick of my time, and for that, I appreciate it.
Brian WTie down straps for driver’s side of transport vehicle became unfastened during trip. Both sides were loose at each fuel stop.
