Easy to pick up and drop off. The truck was spacious and clean
AAKASH AWhen we walked in to return the truck, the employee didn't acknowledge us. We waited for a while then we walked out and decided to do the online check out. They didn't make us feel welcomed. I do not plan on using this location again.
Felipe ROnly thing is I changed my mind and wanted to add the insurance after they processed but I had not taken the truck yet. They told me they couldn’t but to just call U-Haul. I did and they said they could not do it after I left the store.
LARA BOrdered moving blankets and a hand cart which were not provided. Otherwise, the equipment provided was fine.
