The number of hoops to jump is ridiculous. I will never rent another uhaul truck. It's too difficult. I know I'm old and remember how easy it used to be to rent a dam truck for a few hours. The location is fine - the process is shit.

Fe EI was charged 2 gallons for fuel based on a mistake from the staff per Amy at the location. She contacted UHaul to correct. I am waiting for UHaul to credited invoice - thanks.
