Dennis helped us and was very nice. The store front was clean. The rental process was pretty simple. The only issue we had was the van was dirty, in the cab part, when we got it. It wasn’t a huge issue and we were on a schedule, so we took it as is. But it did make it a little tricky answering the return questions about cleanliness.
